The theme this week on my blog seems to be trials and challenges in life – finding ways to find hope in the midst of them, and eventually gratitude for what our trials lead us to become.
In all honestly, it was a completely unintended theme. My actual theme was supposed to be flowers, at least that’s what I had on my editorial calendar. Unfortunately, the combination of being on vacation last week and the oppressive heat in our area has killed most of my flowers. But with that comes an unintended blessing – I get to encourage people in other ways this week.
